Citizen’s State Bank is pleased to announce that Rachel McQuillen has been awarded the position of Treasury Management Support Specialist. Rachel has been a CSB employee since 2020, when she started as a Personal Banker. Since then, she has further developed those skills prior to becoming Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, Rachel demonstrated great work leading the Carmel Banking Center. Her high attention to detail, focus on efficiency and next level customer service will be a tremendous addition to the Treasury Management Department.
In her new role as Treasury Management Support Specialist, Rachel will be working with our Director of Treasury Management, Andy Burakiewicz. She will be responsible for onboarding new business clients to the bank's financial tools and services, from ACH payments to remote deposit capture. Along with training clients and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operations. The role of Treasury Management Support Specialist is all about building strong connections with our clients. Providing hands-on training, answering questions, and ensuring everything runs smoothly – a true partner in helping their business thrive!
The Treasury Management Department is eager for the addition of Rachel and her skillset. More capacity in this department will further aid our capabilities as a financial partner to our business clients, prioritizing efficiency and security, allowing businesses to spend more of their efforts managing core operations and achieving their financial goals.
