Citizens State Bank Announces Scholarship Winner
NEW CASTLE, IN, June 20, 2023: Citizens State Bank is pleased to announce the winner of the 2023 Citizens State Bank Scholarship is Ms. Gabriella "Ella" Frombly, a recent graduate of New Castle High School.

In a field of outstanding applicants, Ella stood out as an impressive young woman, both in and out of the classroom. During high school, she participated in cross country, track and field, swimming, student government, National Honors Society, technical theater, Junior Optimist Club, DIVE, and Renaissance. In addition, she worked at a daycare and coached children on competitive cheer teams, all while maintaining an A average throughout her high school career.
The Frombly family has fostered 23 children over the past eight years, which inspired Ella to pursue a career in law. She plans to major in pre-law, ultimately specializing in family law, with a goal of helping families navigate the legal system. We wish her the best of luck while pursuing her dreams, and we're honored to play even a small role in her future success.
