NEW CASTLE, IN, August 2, 2018: Citizens State Bank is pleased to announce the retirement of Relationship Manager Brian Bess, effective August 28. Brian is the epitome of a community banker and has served Citizens State Bank with distinction for the past 25 years. He will be missed by clients and co-workers alike, and we wish him the very best during his well-deserved retirement.

Congratulations to Elton Marzon, who has been promoted to Relationship Manager for the Rushville and Knightstown areas. Elton is currently on the boards of directors for the Rush County Boys & Girls Club, Economic Community Development Corporation, and the Rushville Redevelopment Commission. While working as the Banking Center Manager, Elton has been working with Brian to make the transition for our business customers as easy as possible.

Congratulations also to Samantha Yarbrough, Rushville’s new Banking Center Manager. Samantha joined #TeamCSB four years ago from Wells Fargo, and has been an outstanding addition to the staff.
