Senior Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer Shanna McClure is another phenomenal #TeamCSB woman who believes in living the Citizens State Bank mission of helping our clients, co-workers, and communities succeed.
Shanna started her CSB career as the HR leader in 2001, and over the years has served as VP-Special Projects, Chief Human Resources Officer, and has recently added the responsibility of leading the Retail Team. She’s a member of the bank’s Executive Team, and is actively involved in Strategic Planning.
As an HR professional, Shanna understands the importance of lifelong learning. She’s a graduate of Ball State University, is designated as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and recently completed the first of three years at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. In addition, she started learning to play guitar recently, and the pressure is on as everyone is tracking her progress.
While Shanna is quite career-oriented, she’s also a wife and mother who understands work/life balance and the need for engagement at work. She’s a strong proponent of balance, and is leading the bank’s engagement activities identified through a quarterly employee engagement survey. Her goal is for all employees to be both satisfied and successful in their role at the bank, and it shows.
