We're thrilled to highlight five exceptional individuals who have recently been promoted within our organization. These promotions are a testament to their talent, commitment, and unwavering dedication to CSB. Meet Kayla Chew, our newly promoted Operations Manager at the Knightstown location. Kayla has been with us for nearly three years, starting as a Teller before graduating to Personal Banker. In her new role, Kayla will be responsible for guiding the Knightstown branch to achieve their annual goals and improve the team's overall performance.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys reading, baking, and spending quality time with her family. She's also a talented singer who has even auditioned for The Voice and American Idol!
Next up, we have Mandy Jones, our newly promoted HR Generalist from the New Castle Main Office. Mandy joined CSB in 2017 as a teller before becoming an HR Coordinator. She has quickly grown in her knowledge and skills. She has since added benefits and retirement services administration to her responsibilities and is a valuable asset to the HR team.
Aside from her professional pursuits, Mandy enjoys reading, crafting, and baking. She's also a licensed cosmetologist with 12 years of experience.
Another recent promotion within the HR department is Taylor Miller, who has been promoted to Director of Learning and Development. Taylor joined CSB in 2015, holding titles such as Teller and Training Specialist. She has been instrumental in preparing new Tellers for their roles and updating the Bank's training courses.
Taylor is a self-starter who is always willing to help advance learning opportunities for our employees. In her free time, Taylor enjoys reading, watching her children's sports games, and crafting.
From our Carmel location, Darrell Weaver has been promoted to Assistant Operations Manager. Darrell joined CSB in May 2022 and has excelled in his roles as a Personal Banker and Float. His exceptional customer service and positive attitude have made him a valuable member of our team.
Outside of work, Darrell enjoys reading comic books, playing video games, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
Last but not least, we're pleased to announce the promotion of Sally Gettinger to Retail Operations Manager. Sally has spent six and a half years with CSB at various locations and brings a wealth of experience in branch operations and leadership.
Sally enjoys spending time with her family, collecting snowmen and snow globes, and exploring new places with her husband.
We're incredibly proud of the achievements of these individuals and their recent promotions. Their dedication, hard work, and contributions to CSB are invaluable.
