Maddox Joins the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis Board of Directors
NEW CASTLE, IN: CSB Chairman and CEO J. Daniel Maddox was appointed to serve as a Member Director on the Board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBank Indianapolis) during a recent 2024 special election.
FHLBank Indianapolis is privately capitalized and owned by member banks, credit unions, community development financial institutions (CDFIs) and insurers across Indiana and Michigan. As a cooperative, they pass borrowing benefits in the global debt markets on to members in the form of lower borrowing costs, which are subsequently passed on to consumers, businesses and communities.
Mr. Maddox has focused his time over the last few years serving on legislative committees with the Indiana Bankers Association (IBA) and the American Bankers Association (ABA) to help move legislation forward to support community banking both in Indiana and in Washington DC. In addition, he is on the Board of Directors of the IBA and the Indiana State Chamber of Commerce.
