Tom Dooley and Elton Marzon, Commercial Lending School Graduates

NEW CASTLE, IN, August 12, 2019: Citizens State Bank is pleased to announce that Commercial Relationship Managers Tom Dooley and Elton Marzon are recent graduates of the Indiana Bankers Association (IBA) Commercial Lending School. The 2019 IBA Commercial Lending School was held in June at the IBA Center for Professional Development in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mr. Marzon works in our Rushville office, where he started his career with Citizens State Bank as the Banking Center Manager. He works with businesses in the Rushville and Knightstown areas, and serves on the boards of directors for the Rush County Boys & Girls Club, Economic Community Development Corporation, and the Rushville Redevelopment Commission.

Mr. Dooley serves the Hamilton County area from our Carmel office. Outside of the office, you're likely to see him serving in his volunteer positions with the Westfield Chamber of Commerce, Hamilton County Leadership Academy, or Our Lady of Mount Carmel Elementary School.

The Indiana Bankers Association is the professional trade association providing educational, legislative, communications, and research services for Indiana's commercial banking industry.
