Welcome Melissa Volz-Smith

NEW CASTLE, IN, January 29, 2021: Citizens State Bank is pleased to announce Melissa Volz-Smith has joined our Carmel Banking Center as a Regional Mortgage Loan Officer. She’s been in banking over ten years, and is dedicated to offering exceptional customer service. As a former client said, “Melissa is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. The fact that she truly cares about her clients means you will receive superior service. Melissa is someone who continues to grow and learn. She is always up to date on the latest and passes that information along. If you want the best, choose Melissa.”

A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, Ms. Volz-Smith is working to earn her MSOL (Masters in Organizational Leadership) from the Indiana Institute of Technology. She serves the Carmel community by volunteering - she is a past board member and President of the Carmel Education Foundation, secretary of the Actor’s Theatre of Indiana, and is involved with Women’s Fund. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing with any of her ten grandchildren. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, upgrading, downsizing, or refinancing, call Melissa today to start your next chapter in home ownership.
